Why would we want to do this?
It would pit mind vs. mind as teams tried to adapt their robot to be the best in changing conditions.

What are the basic rules?
Robots are built by choosing components from a list. Based on their components and conditions, they do a certain amount of mining. They can use mining and perhaps victories in other ream events to modify their robot probably once or twice a day.
