Why would we want to do this?

What are the basic rules?
This years theme is the "Wild West" so why not incorporate shooting things.All that is needed is a rubber band or two for everyone (but there needs to be a limit and no one can have more than any one else), and some sort of target, whether it be soda cans or a paper target.There can be almost any rules, I think double elimination is good. You lose when all your rubber bands are broke or you miss the target twice.

Moving targets, single elimination, clay pigeon style (targets being launched in an unknown direction)
